If you encounter an issue on MadeMay, we want to hear about it.
What you can report
- Inappropriate content -- Profiles, portfolio images, or messages that violate our content guidelines.
- Misrepresentation -- Artisans whose work or profile does not accurately represent their abilities.
- Harassment or abuse -- Any communication that is threatening, abusive, or inappropriate.
- Spam or scams -- Suspicious accounts, messages, or behavior.
How to report
Contact our support team with details about the issue. Include screenshots or specific information that can help us investigate. The more detail you provide, the faster we can act.
What happens after you report
Our team reviews every report. Depending on the severity of the issue, we may warn the user, restrict their account, or remove them from the platform. We take reports seriously and aim to maintain a safe and respectful community.
Note on payment disputes
Since payments are handled directly between buyers and artisans, MadeMay is not able to mediate financial disputes. We encourage both parties to discuss terms clearly before starting a project and to keep records of all agreements. Artists on MadeMay handle payments directly with their clients using their preferred method. MadeMay does not process or facilitate payments.
