Deleting your account

You can delete your MadeMay account at any time.

How to delete your account

Go to your account settings and look for the delete account option. Confirm your decision when prompted.

What happens when you delete

• Your profile, saved artisans, and message history will be permanently removed.
• If you are an artisan, your public profile and portfolio will be taken down.
• This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before you delete

If you have ongoing conversations with artisans or clients, we recommend letting them know before deleting your account, as they will no longer be able to reach you through MadeMay.
